| State Police say a 17-y/o male juvenile from Port Royal suffered severe head trauma from a crash that occurred at the intersection of Saw Mill Rd. & McCoysville Rd. in Tuscarora Twp., Juniata Co. yesterday. Police are unsure of the time of the crash, but said the driver laid undiscovered until 6am when a passerby found him. Police know he was southbound on McCoysville Rd. & failed to make a curve in the road, then lost control & struck a tree. The vehicle, a 1995 Jeep Cherokee, rolled onto its roof, ejecting the driver who was not wearing a seatbelt. The 17-y/o was then flown to Hershey Medical Center for treatment. Police are looking for more information on the incident & ask any info can be phoned in to the State Police in Lewistown. |
