| (PCT) A new alleged victim has stepped forward against former Marysville police officer Robert Pavlovich Jr., stating he had inappropriate contact with her between 2001 & 2004. The 42-y/o Pavlovich currently is serving a 10 ½-26-yr. sentence in Albion State Prison, after he was found guilty in October 2008 of 16 similar charges against young girls in the borough, including sexual assault. According to documents filed last month, the victim was 14-y/o when Pavlovich first approached her. Pavlovich allegedly visited the victim at her residence, & forced himself on her. Documents state that Pavlovich contacted the victim in May 2009 before his July sentencing, inquiring about other victims. Pavlovich was arraigned before McGuire & charged with aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault against a person less than 16-y/o, intimidation of a witness or victim & unlawful contact with a minor. |
